Who we share your information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where necessary, with:

  • Our website and CRM provider, which hosts this website and stores enquiry form submissions and customer records on our behalf
  • NICEIC and TrustMark, in connection with our registration, certification of work, and any scheme-backed warranty
  • Local authority building control, where work is notifiable
  • Our accountant and bookkeeping software provider, for invoicing and tax records
  • Payment providers, where you pay us electronically
  • Suppliers and subcontractors, where they need your details to deliver materials or attend the property
  • Professional advisers, insurers or regulators, where we are required to share information or need advice

Where our providers process data outside the UK, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or an adequacy decision.

How long we keep your information

  • Enquiries that do not become jobs — up to 12 months, then deleted
  • Customer records, certificates and test results — at least 6 years from completion, and longer where certification or a warranty requires it. Electrical certification is often needed years later by you, a buyer, a tenant or an insurer, so we retain it
  • Accounting records — 6 years from the end of the relevant accounting period, as required by HMRC
  • Marketing contacts — until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you
  • Website analytics data — as set by the retention period of the analytics tool in use

Cookies

Our website uses cookies. Some are strictly necessary for the site to function — for example to keep the contact form working and to maintain security. These do not require your consent.

We may also use cookies for analytics, to understand how visitors use the site, and for third-party content such as our embedded Google reviews, which may set cookies from Google.

Non-essential cookies are only set where you have consented. You can change or withdraw consent at any time through the cookie settings on this site, and you can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the site works.
